Delete your account.
Two ways. Both wipe cloud data permanently.
From the app (recommended)
- Open Kettle Muscle on your iPhone.
- Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. The cascade wipes Firestore, signs you out on every device, and revokes Sign In with Apple.
Local data on the phone is wiped at the same step. If you reinstall, you start fresh.
If you can't open the app
Email contact@kettlemuscle.com with subject "Delete my account". Include the email or Apple ID you signed in with. We process within 30 days; usually within 48 hours.

- Your account on Firebase (Auth + Firestore documents under /users/{uid}).
- All workout history, PRs, and AI conversation logs that synced to the cloud.
- Sign In with Apple refresh token at Apple.
- Local SQLite database on the device (only when deleted from the app).
This cannot be undone. Export your data first if you want a copy: Profile → Account → Export my data.
